Explorer crashes everytime I view a website w/ pop up!

It just happen to me recently, everytime I open a website
with lots of pop up windows, explorer has this error and
crashes. It even happens to google.com, without any pop up
windows! Please help...

The error simply reads:
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

and when I clicked on details, I see this:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName:
winshow.dll
ModVer: 1.0.0.8 Offset: 00002156
