ie6 crashes

Almost everytime a pop-up window opens or if you run more
than one browser window at one time, ie6 crashes.
Sometimes it just crashes with only one window open. Does
anybody have ANY ideas as to why this keeps happenning?
Tech Support at my internet provider don't even know...

I just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone. I
have the same problem. Sometimes the webpage
will "freeze" and I have to push Ctrl-Alt-Del to find out
the browser is not responding. If I end the task, it
closes all windows instead of the one not responding.
Now the browser is acting sluggish and after a while
it'll just crash. I think it's haunted. If you get an
answer, let me know.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
