Explorer and virus

Hi,

Upon opening my computer I now get Explorer starting up and going to the
website kkk7.com which is not only a chinese site that I do not understand
but it takes a long time to download.

My home page has been changed to that site and the fields in Options are not
bold and cannot be changed.

I have run Norton, spyware and nothing changes.

Does anyone know anything about this?
