Two weeks ago I had a perfectly defragmented disk and I
defrag at least every two weeks. Today, despite having
run disk clean up, checkdisk and defragging at least 5
times each with a reboot between each action I am still
being advised that I have 4 fragmented files and 6913
excess file fragments on my C drive.
How can I identify or otherwise remove or defrag these
files. Thanks in advance

An expert I'm not, but I think you are worrying too much about what is
probably 1% fragmentation. Defragmenter will advise you when its services
are needed. :)
