You will notice the path name says these are files in you System Volume
Information folder, and are restore files. Each time you create a restore
point, one of these is created. So, you have some very badly fragmented
system restore points. If you are certain you won't need to roll back to one
of them, just shut off system restore. That will delete all these files.
Then, defragment your drive again and turn system restore back on, (if you
feel the need, which, as a basic home user, you probably should.)

Your pagefile and system restore points are fragmented.

Set your pagefile to Zero. Start, Control Panel, System, Advanced,
Performance -Advanced, Virtual Memory, Change.

Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk CleanUp, More
Options, System Restore and remove all but the latest System Restore points?
Restore points can be quite large.

You should use Disk CleanUp regularly to Empty your Recycle Bin and
Remove Temporary Internet Files. Whenever you remove redundant files you
should always run Disk Defragmenter by selecting Start, All Programs,
Accessories, System Tools, Disk Defragmenter.

Reboot and immediately reset your pagefile to 1.5 gb as before

Hope this helps.
