Disk Defragmenter

This has never happened to me before, but, all of a sudden, when I defragment
my hard drive now, I get an error message telling me that certain files could
not be defragmented. The most recent defrag report consisted of the follows:

Volume (C:)
Volume size = 74.53 GB
Cluster size = 4 KB
Used space = 30.21 GB
Free space = 44.32 GB
Percent free space = 59 %

Total fragmentation = 0 %
File fragmentation = 0 %
Free space fragmentation = 0 %

Average file size = 395 KB
Total fragmented files = 4
Total excess fragments = 20
Average fragments per file = 1.00

Pagefile size = 1.50 GB
Total fragments = 1

Folder fragmentation
Total folders = 8,614
Fragmented folders = 1
Excess folder fragments = 0

Master File Table (MFT) fragmentation
Total MFT size = 119 MB
MFT record count = 115,352
Percent MFT in use = 95 %
Total MFT fragments = 2

Should I be concerned about this? What can I do to remedy this situation?

No you should be concerned. The files it cannot defragment are system
restore files which are encrypted. Certainly nothing to worry about.
