Excel to Quatro

Sorry if this has been asked before but I have sent an excel file to someone
running Coral Quattro Pro (which I have never heard of) and when they
received my file they said that there were figures missing and stars or 0's
showing up!

Is there something I should do before sending this file (I would like to
keep all formats) or is this something at their end they need to fix? Also,
I think I might have heard of some free programme that opens excel files
when you do not have MS Excel.

Hi JW5!

I don't know about the Quattro Pro bit but they can download the
xlViewer from:

http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/xlviewer.aspx

However, this only allows viewing of the file.

You could try saving as a .wq1 or a .wk3 file.??
