Conversion from Quattro Pro 12 to Excel

How can I convert files from Quattro Pro 12 (issued 2004) to Exel Studend & Home 2007? Everything I have found deals only with earlier Quattro versions and Excel 2003. I can creat a readable, but not workable file in Excel.
