I recieved a Quatro Pro file and I saved it as excel. I have excel 200
on my computer running on windows xp. The process I followed is: Save
the Quatro Pro Document as a 123.wks file, opened that file in exce
and then saved as an excel file.

The file does not work in Excel. It has some macros too. What should
do? Pls advise

What was the original extension of the Quattro Pro file? And what do you
mean the file does not work in Excel? Can you enter data and formulas?
Or is it just that the macros don't work? What version of QP did this
file come from?

You may have to ask the person who sent you the QP file to save it, if
possible, as with an XLS extension in QP and then resend it. Another
option is to try a program like Conversions Plus.
