Excel in Frontpage

I'm trying to add an Excel spreadsheet into a Frontpage 2000 web page
My instructions in FP read: Select Insert > Component > Office Spreadsheet
I do not have an option "Office Spreadsheet".
Any ideas?

If you just want the data from the spreadsheet to be visible on the site,
with the spreadsheet open in Excel, Select File, Save As.. and save it as an
html page. Then import the page into your site and link to it.
One thing to consider when placing an Excel file in a web site is that a lot
of people don't have Excel installed in their machines.
