Excel problem in FrontPage

I posted my question on 2/19/09, but I don't see it today. What happened? I
never got any answers to that question. I had asked how to make changes to a
"Read only" spreadsheet. Before I installed 2007 Vista Office Microsoft
software, there never was a problem working on my 97-03 Excel "Read only"
spreadsheet. After installing Vista, I can no longer make changes on my
97-03 Excel spreadsheet. Please advise.

Excel questions don't get answered in a FrontPage newsgroup..you need to
post in an Excel newsgroup.
