Inserting Excel Spreadsheet

Hi Guys,

Having some trouble inserting an existing spreadsheet into FrontPage

I can insert a blank spreadsheet (Insert > Web Component > SpeadSheet) but
its only a blank one, and their are two many sheets to copy and paste all te
content.

Is there a way to insert a pre existing spreadsheet in?

Thanks,

Tom
