Event id: 7031

After applying the SP4 the spooler was restarting. I
applying the Hotfix from Microsoft Knowledge Base article
number Q820550. This still did not solve the problem.
After going in to the %systemroot%\system32\spool folder
and deleting all of the files in the sub folders. I
restarted the computer and this has seemed to solve the
problem.
