print server error message 7031

Sometimes our spooler service on windows 2000 print server
just terminate itself and I found event ID 7031 in the
event log. As per microsoft Q820550, a hot fix may be
applied and require SP3. I have installed SP4 on this
server hoping that new service pack may fix this problem.
But it did not. Can anyone direct me to right direction to
fix this problem.
