Event ID# 20027 - computer hangs up (freeze)

During normal operation the computer freezes. Produces
event log ID# 20027 -
"Remote Access Connection Manager failed to start because
NDISWAN could not be opened. Restart the computer. The
system cannot find the file specified."
The computer is a part of a net. What can be a possible
solution to this.

This can happen if ndiswan.sys file is not found which I think is not the
case or there is a mismatch in ndiswan and rasman version.
