On a Windows Server 2000 (SP4) server I received in the Event Log next message

Remote Access Connection Manager could not start because NDISWAN could not be opened. Restart a computer. It is not possible to find the specified file

What's the problem

This can happen if ndiswan.sys file is not found which I think is not the
case or there is a mismatch in ndiswan and rasman version.

ndiswan.sys is version 5.0.2195.669
rasman.dll is version 5.0.2195.6604

What I must doing? Can I download only rasman.dll file or not
