Event ID 1000

I am getting the following error on my server in the morning causing me to
reboot the server. After rebooting the server performance great, but for
some reason is forcing me to reboot it every morning. The only change is
that I applied several Microsoft Updates but not sure which ones were
applied. The only error that I see in the event viewer is as follows:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Catagory: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 9/2/2003
Time: 7:48:35 AM
User NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: ServerPDC
Description:
Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network.
Return value(2146).

I have not had any luck trying to find information on this. I am running
Windows 2000 AS sp4 with all updates applied and is my only Domain
Controller.

Hi,

When I get stuck with those Event messages i go to
www.eventid.net do a search and there is usually an answer
or a fix to the problem. If you have allready tried this I
don't know what to say.
