Event 1000 and Hung Profile

W2K / Citrix MetaFrame XPe environment with an Anonymous
published application. We have experienced intermittent
problems where an Anonymous profile will hang and this
will not allow any new ICA sessions to be established. The
only solution is to reboot the server to clear the
profile. When the problem occurs, I see no processes being
utilized by the hung profile but I still get a sharing
violation if I try to remove it. Thanks for any help.

EventID 1000 with Source Userenv is a very common one. Have a look
