Profile issue

I assume this is more of a Terminal Server rather than
Citrix problem. I have 4 W2K servers, SP3, running Citrix
MetaFrame XP, FR3. Most of my users use one of 3
mandatory profiles that are centrally located. Mandatory
profiles had been working properly, but I now seeing an
odd problem.

On one server, the profiles are still operating normally,
that is, the profile is copied into the user's folder
under Documents and Settings, and the root of this folder
contains the files NTUSER.MAN and NTUSER.MAN.LOG. On the
other two servers, however, the profile is copied into the
user's folder, and the files NTUSER.DAT and NTUSER.DAT.LOG
are added. The NTUSER.MAN and NTUSER.MAN.LOG files are
also present. In addition, the NTUSER.DAT file is dated
12/31/1979 at 8:00 PM. However, the user seems to have a
normal operating environment. This behavior seems server-
specific rather than user-specific or profile-specific.
The User Profile tab of the system properties shows these
profiles with a date of 1/1/1980.

Anyone have an idea why I am seeing this behavior? While
I can't find any specific detrimental effect it is having,
I'm concerned that there may be something there that I
haven't seen yet.

Thank you very much for your help.

Thank you for your reply, but this doesn't apply to my situation. The
mandatory profiles are being loaded and seem to provide a normal environment
for the user. The only user in Domain Guests is a single disabled account.
The only problem is this anomoly I am seeing in which the NTUSER.DAT file is
small and is dated 12/31/1979.
