1- create the profile I'll use as a mandatory profile
2-Save the mandatory profile in folder in local partation
3-change the Ntuser.dat to Ntuser.man
4-i configure the user accounts i want to use the mandatory profile
5-and when i log on with one of this users this error message appear :

"Windows did not load your roaming profile and is attempting to log you on
with your local profile. Changes to the profile will not be copied to the
server when you logoff. Windows did not load your profile because a server
copy of the profile folder already exists that does not have the correct
security. Either the current user or the Administrator's group must be the
owner of the folder. Contact your network administrator"

i don't know what wrong i make .... plz plz plz plz help me

Chances are you didn't change the permisisons of the profile before you
uploaded it. Therefore it's only accessible to the original user-account
under which it was created.

-No I mean in NTFS permissions, that the profile folder and contents have to
be read/write to all authenticated users (or at minimum to all users who will
receive this profile)

By default, if the disk is NTFS, then a profile is restricted to its owner.
