Even with sp1 my oulook 2003 is still very slow & non responsive

Two things to try. First, disable IM integration at the bottom of
"Tools>Options>Other". Second, delete or rename the outcmd.dat file in the
(hidden) folder
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook.
 
Thanks this seems to have solved part of the problem. I haven't experienced
the non-responsive part since renaming the file but it is still very slow.
Are you able to suggest anything else.
