My Outlook 2003 goes to 100% CPU (or 98, 99, etc.). What's up?

My Outlook 2003 goes to 100% CPU (or 98, 99, etc.).
I found online info that said this happened with Oulook 2000, but nothing
regarding 2003. I've installed all the latest Windows and Office updates.
It's still happening and is driving me crazy. Any advice?

Do you have a newer Dell? If so, known problem with a mediadirect addin for
outlook - you'll need to uninstall it in add/remove programs or disable it
in outlook's addins dialog.

if not a Dell, did you try a new profile?

No Dell, it's an eMachine.
New profile...meaning, did I start using one (no) or are you recommending
that if I set up a new profile it would help? Where would I do that?
Thank you in advance for your help!

I have a 2004 Dimension 4600 and have this same problem. I can not find
mediadirect in add/remove programs. Where is the Outlook add-ins dialog
located?
