Still Messed UP

My kids downloaded an update while I was out of town and it switched me to
Oulook instead of Outlook Express. How do I switch it back. TAKE ME SLOW
STEP by SLOW STEP - I have NO IDEA what I am doing. I usually just turn on
the computer and use it. I don't even know how to get to Explorer's Internet
Options... Thanks

MS Outlook | Tools | Options | Other Tab | Checkmark "Make Outlook the
default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar", click OK.

Oops.. I was typing so slow that I read your request kinda backwards. LOL!
You want Express to be your default, not Outlook... so...

Outlook Express | Tools | Options | General Tab | Messaging Options - Click
on "Make Default".

Start Internet Explorer. Click Tools>Internet Options>Programs. In the
"E-mail" dropdown, choose Outlook Express.

Okay, Express is now my default but my other programs are still trying to go
thru Outlook. A box pops up asking for me to choose a profile but the only
option is Outlook. (not outlook express) It tells me to go to the control
panel, email folder and create a new profile. When I do that, I don't know
what I'm supposed to be doing! Outlook is the only profile but I don't know
if I should delete that or how to make a new one. Remember...SLOW STEP BY

What other programs? Some may only work with MS Outlook. Also, some of
those other programs, might also have s similar conguration under the "tools
| options" menu (or similar).
