update messed me up HELP

My kids updated my computer while I was out of town. Now outlook is my
principle email program when I want it to be Outlook Express. The Express is
still on my computer and working but all my programs want to go thru the
regular outlook. How do I get rid of the regular outlook or make the Express
my main email program?
 
Hi Shirley

You may go to the Internet Explorer's Internet Options, in the Porgrams tab,
make sure the "E-mail: " program is what you want.
