convert a Outlook WINMAIL.DAT file from 2007 to 2003?

I have received a winmail.dat file from an Outlook 2007 system and wish to
process it with my Oulook 2003 system. How do I do this?

I'm not sure I understand the problem - winmail.dat are TNEF encoded
attachments that need decoded and either outlook should be able to do it.
