I am receiving the message "Windows Mail has stopped working" when I try to
close my windows mail. Then it informs me that it is starting windows mail
again. I cannot properly close my windows mail. I have read that Norton's
Antivirus may have something to do with it. I have removed it and tried the
mail and the same thing happens. I contacted Microsoft who informed me that
it was up to the manufacturer of my computer (Hewlett packard) to address
the problem. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
