error when saving over the network

I open a Workbook on the file share, edit the document, when I try to save i
get an arror "file is in use" so I change the file name to save it next to
the old version, I get the same error, the only way to save the document is
to save it on the local Hard drive and to copy the file to the shared folder.
error code 700812
