Error When Opening Windows Explorer

For some reason with Windows XP Pro SP1 when I click
on "Start": then "All Programs" then "Accessories"
then "Windows Explorer" I receive an error asking if I
want to report this to Microsoft. I am now unable to
enter Windows Explorer. Everything else works but this.

Any one know what may be causing this problem? Is there a
fix to this problem?

Are you aware My Documents and Windows Explorer are the same, except one
with the System (Common) Task Folder open and the other close?
