Unable to Enter Windows Explorer

For some reason with Windows XP Pro SP1 when I click
on "Start": then "All Programs" then "Accessories"
then "Windows Explorer" I receive an error asking if I
want to report this to Microsoft. I am now unable to
enter Windows Explorer. Everything else works but this.

Any one know what may be causing this problem? Is there a
fix to this problem?

Hi,
I don't know the cause of your problem but if I may, I have an alternative
solution to access windows explorer.
Navigate to C:\WINDOWS. Highlight explorer.exe. Right-click and select "Pin
to Start menu:.
