ERROR when installing heroes 3 on win xp

When I'm trying to install Heroes 3 on my windows xp, it causes an
error after agreeing to the terms of License Agreement. It's some kind
of error caused by (i think) InstallShield.
The signature of error looks like that
AppName: _ins5576._mp AppVer: 5.50.137.0 ModName: chkreqs.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 000066e6

My computer is Petntium 4 2,6 GHz HT, Radeon 9700PRO, Sound Blaster
Live! soundcard, 512 MB RAM
I already tried compatibility mode, which won't helped at all.
Please, help me!

Hi Wojteq,

Try using an administrators account to install Heroes 3 and
accept the EULA. Make each individual user an admininistrator
also just long enough for them to run the game for the first time.

I already tried it, but it won't help. I also tried to install the
game from user account (a little bit odd thing, but i thought it could
help), but it also doesn't work.
But anyway, thanks for advice!
Have anybody any advice! Please!
