InstallShield Engine Exe Problems

I was trying to install a program and when the installation started it
throw and screen with this error

InstallShield Engine Exe.

AppName: _ins0432._mp AppVer: 3.0.111.0 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 3b5c317e

I would like to know how can I solve the problem because I really need
to install the software.

If someone could help me I would be very grateful.

Hello Brian

I installed the WindowsInstaller-KB893803-x86.exe but
anyway it thows the error when I want to install it.
