installshield problem

it all started when i tried to install the Adobe
Photoshop trial version 7.0
the install shield bar went to 99% and just stopped.
something error popped up like this:

ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 75676552

other installations are fine... i've turned off my norton
antivirus program, even deleted the ilog.dll file...

can someone please help?

I would try to download the trial version again, maybe it
was a bad download for some reason...
