Error w/ changing IP address!!

Whenever I attempt to change my IP address, Win32 crashes and I get the NT
AUTHORITY/SYSTEM window that comes up and give me 60 seconds to save my work
and force shutdown. This happens using the built in network window and my
Nforce options. Also, lately I've been getting the "blue screen of death"
latley.

Anyone know what the issue is?
