Error - Userinit.exe - the ordinal 175 could not be located

I have windows 2000 server. I just installed service pack 4 on my server .
It ask me to reboot but I did not rebooted because there are few people
working on the server. Now I want to login server, I cannot and getting
this error: I can login from client with no problem.

Is it because I have not yet rebooted ?

Any suggestion ?

it should be ok after you've rebooted.
