userinit.exe - Ordinal Not Found pop up after SP4 install

After (1)installing SP4 on two of my Windows 2000 Server
machines, (2)reboot and (3)login, a pop-up window
titled "userinit.exe - Ordinal Not Found" with
message "The original 175 could not be located in the
dynamic link library USERENV.dll".

I am unable to log into both my live servers. Has anyone
encountered this problem? I need to have this resolved
ASAP!!!

try reapplying SP4

PS you may have to go into safe mode to achieve this
