"userinit.exe - Ordinal Not Found"

I receive the following error attempting to log on to W2K
terminal server:

"userinit.exe - Ordinal Not Found"
"The ordinal 175 could not be located in the dynamic link
library ESERENV.dll"

Is there a way to resolve this?

Try reapplying the latest service pack (but don't install
it through a terminal services connection. Install the
service pack through the console if possible).
