Ordinal 175 after SP4 Upgrade

After installing SP4 when I boot Server and login I get
the following: ORDINAL 174 not found in Dynamic Link
Libary userenv.dll. Machine sits with Blue Screen and
Cursor only nothing else. Can log in from Client machines
and it seems to be working correctly?
