Error Messages

Help! I keep getting these error messages when I try and install a program I
bought. It says something is wrong with installation. Error SH001. And when
I click ok, then this one pops up. Something is wrong with installation.

Hard to say, especially without any idea of what it is you're trying to
install. You may need to contact the manufacturer, since that error seems
to not be a Windows error message.
