Error message

Since last couple of days I have started getting the following Error box:
'Crogram Files\Zone Labs\zclient.exe.'
The message in the box reads: 'validation failed for
C:\windows\system32\vsinit.dll'

I can still log into my computer after clicking on 'X' and carry on as
normal but internet slows down a lot. Can any one please tell me what has
gone wrong with my computer and hoe to put it right
