Validation Problem

I have got Windows XP home edition my computer. From last few days when I
switch on my computer I get following message;
Box Heading is: C: Program Files\ Zone Labs\Zclient.exe.
and the message in the box reads 'Validation failed for
C:\Windows\system32\VSinit.dell'
I have Zone Labs fire wall and Norton anti virus. Neither of them is working
since this problem started. When I try to scan the disc with Norton I get a
message of script Error. I will appreciate any help on this. Thank you.

Help with ZoneAlarm is available from www.zonelabs.com. This does not
sem to be a Windows problem.
