Error Message

I keep getting this error ( The instruction at "0x7c910f29" referenced memory
at "0x00000002" . The memory could not be "read". What is this and how do I
make it stop coming up?

It's a program's bug/flaw.

Well, I'm getting the same instruction error at a different memory
location.
At different times the error has told me its in ntdll.dll

This error happens only on this one machine.. its the new Intel P4 3GHz
800MHz with Intel 865PE and ICH5 chipset. RAM is DDR400.

In my case, I don't think its program's fault as it worked fine till
now on older P4 with regular DDR266 RAM.
