msmsgs.exe-Application error

"the instruction at "0x7c910f29" referenced memory at "0x00000000",The memory
could not be"read".click on ok to terminate the program"

this thing occur suddenly..what happened?what is the cure?thanks
 
What program was running? It probably closed shortly afterwards.

msmsgs.exe is Windows Messenger. The problem indicates either damaged
code in it or a problem with RAM. Try reinstalling it: go to the hidden
folder Windows\INf, look for msmsgs.inf, right click and take Install
