error message when replying to e-mails

I gave a user permissions to access another mailbox. This user should be
able to read and repsond to mial in that box. She is using Outlook 2003 and
Office 2003 suite. SHe can open a message from the mailbox. When she clicks
reply she can type a reply. But when she clicks on send she gets the
following error message: "You do not have sufficient permission to perform
this operation on this object. Se the folder contact or your system
administrator." Another user who has right to this mailbox can reply in this
manner but is using Office XP. I gave the user full access to the mailbox.

Any ideas?
