error message when i try to send out emails??

hi gary...yes, i am sending from home using cox connection. i am using Trend
Micro AntiVirus and Webroot . not sure how to configure them to not scan
emails?? this error just started approx. 2 weeks ago?? thanks!!

Both Trend Micro antivirus and Webroot Spy Sweeper are known to cause
problems for Windows Mail. As a first step, examine all the options in both
programs, and unselect any option that scans emails. Not owning either
program, I can't advise you on the exact steps involved.

If no improvement, do a trial uninstall of Trend Micro antivirus. Retest
Windows Mail. If no improvement, you can reinstall Trend Micro.
Do the same for Webroot.
