Error Message on DVD Maker

I have not been able to make any DVD's with my windows dvd maker. it will
only get to .5% before saying that an error had occured. i'll look to see if
the question had already been answered but somebody please help me!!!
 
it just said error could not make disc. i think it was because i used movie
clips instead of actual media files. some files required an extension to play
 
I am getting the exact problem, when I try to burn a DVD, it just says very
vaguly that an error occured, and shuts down.

I am trying to burn 20 of the same DVD, and I got through 5 or so, then I
started getting that error. Any ideas?
