DVD Maker not working on vista

When i open DVD Maker (the one that comes with vista) and try to add a file
the program get an error "DVD Maker Stopped Working", then i get another
message saying "to help protect your computer, Data Execution Prevention Has
Closed Windows DVD Maker"

so then i try following the steps to disable DEP for that program and it
says "This Program Must Run With DEP Enabled"

so what the heck? i cant run DVD Maker becouse of this

Not a problem here on 5728. I haven't actually burned a DVD but I can add a
video file and it doesn't crash.
