error message inaccessible boot device

need help with stop message 0x0000007B
(0xEd41F84C,0xC00000034, last two series all zeros)
have tried norton emergency disks, recovery console,
repaired mbr, chkdsk shows no problems, ran repair with
it, virus scan from other hard drive shows no virus, can
see the hard drive from second hard drive...anything else
I can do? would like a recommendation for hard disk
recovery tools I can use...on short budget, so trying to
do myself....

The only time I've encounted this type of message was on
a workstation that had just been imaged. Had something
to do with different hard drives types. If that's the
case, you'll need to reinstall the OS from scratch
