my notebook can't read with the cd/dvd drive

In the device manager appear the message:

Currently this hardware is not connected to this computer (Code 45). To
fix the problem reconnect this hardware device to the computer.

The cdr/dvd mathsika ujda 720 is correctly installed.

What can I do?

Dan I delete the CDR/DVD from the device manager and after restart works?

Is there a solution
