Error message after exiting Outlook 2003

Why do I always get an error message after exiting Outlook. The message is
"Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. Were
sorry for the inconvience." It happens every time I close Outlook 2003.

Check for 3rd party programs or addins that integrate with Microsoft
Outlook. One of them is pissy about the way Outlook is exiting and causing
Outlook to throw an error.
