Error when replying to email in outlook 2003

the error message "microsoft office word has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvience. The information you were working
on might be lost. Microsoft office word can try to recover it for you.
This message comes up when repling to emails. When typing a new email there
is no message. Yesterday everything was fine, today started with this when
sending out emails.
Any suggestions
